REAL-WORLD SELF-DEFENCE FOR ALL AGES
At The Black Belt Foundation in Nantwich, Chorley, and Leyland, we focus on equipping students with practical self-defence skills that go beyond traditional martial arts. Our Close Quarters Survival system integrates Krav Maga for instinctive responses, Kapap for tactical awareness, and Jiu Jitsu for safe grappling and ground control. Children learn anti-bullying strategies and situational awareness, while adults progress through military-grade techniques. Let us guide all participants in developing confidence, resilience, and the ability to navigate real-world challenges safely and effectively.
MILITARY-GRADE TACTICAL TRAINING AND IKF AFFILIATION
For adults, the Black Belt Foundation offers advanced instruction through the International Kapap Federation syllabus. This military-grade programme is designed under the guidance of Moshe Galisko's global standards and taught by instructors with experience in the Parachute Regiment and law enforcement. Students gain operationally tested skills in hand-to-hand combat, weapon defence, and high-pressure scenario management. Let us provide structured training that develops physical capability, mental clarity, and situational awareness while fostering discipline, focus, and confidence in real-world environments.
INCLUSIVE PROGRAMS AND SEND SUPPORT
At The Black Belt Foundation, inclusion is at the heart of our approach. We deliver adaptive coaching for children and adults with SEND, including ADHD, Autism, and physical disabilities. Programs like Lil’ Dragons (ages 3–6) and Junior Warriors (ages 7–12) combine personal safety, anti-bullying, and Stranger Danger education with fun and supportive activities. Let us create an environment where every student, regardless of ability, can develop life skills, confidence, and resilience, supported by instructors trained to foster growth, personal development, and well-being across all age groups.

This club is brilliant for children to learn self-defence in a friendly and comfortable environment. The instructors are good and helpful, and since my son has been attending, he has grown in self-confidence and learnt some valuable skills. Would recommend to everyone.
